As a social researcher and journalist, I strive to provide a dynamic and innovative perspective on social issues affecting our diverse society. I have an analytical and resourceful flair for research, communications and design and desire to express this flair in all that I do.

Revamped social media and social networking protocol to ensure participant privacy and protect PHI outline by HIPPA rules and guidelines.

Implemented clinic recruitment which is responsible for 50% of English enrollment and 10% of Spanish enrollment.

Initiated new recruitment partnerships with Head Start, MDHA and area childcare facilities which are responsible for 50% of English enrollment.

Suggested and implemented changes throughout trial that reduce cost and increase productivity such as:

Changed incentive plan for new participants. Saved trial 5,000 over the 6 months.

Implemented text message service for participants to maintain contact. Retention increased 5% after change.

Formatted new social network survey format for participants in the intervention. Saved Health Coaches an average of 15 minutes each session.
